no alcohol for two weeks ... not a drop :(
and am off yeast double :(
but on the up side i've lost 1.9 in two weeks yay

welcume t0 2009 .. another year to start afresh
since i've started i have a 2 kilo loss to show for my efforts .. but i've enjoyed myself so hey
have been banned from drinkin alcohol by the natropath so heres hoping that this will aid in my weight loss
