.7 loss yeh for me - 22.6.6
.7 loss - Drank plenty of vege and pumpkin soup this week and am back into the gym, which has paid off.
As a motivation I've put ten red magnets on the fridge - one for each kilo that I want to loose before Christmas - so with each kilo gone, a magnet comes off the fridge. Until there are none left and I weigh 85 kilo - WOW!!!
Am getting plenty of comments lately that I look good, and think alot of that comes from feeling good about yourself.

Lost my MoJo!!
As Austin Powers would say - I seem to have lost my mojo once again (in my case motivation). After being sick (three weeks ago is a long time, I know), not going to the gym for two weeks (am back now) - I'm finding it hard to get back into the ww routine. The food side of things just seems to kick along okay - it's the alcohol that I'm having the problem with. It's just too easy to have a few drinks on Thursday night after the ww week, then a few more on Friday night with hubby, and hell why not continue through Saturday and Sunday - only problem is that only leaves three days to combat any damage before weigh in :-( Ho hum - this week I have to make a bigger effort. I lost .3 today, so that means I'm sitting at 1.1 kg heavier than my lightest weight - so I'm pretty well okay with that.
On a brighter note : I just happened into Target today to see if they had any winter jackets on sale, and oh yes indeedy!!! Marked down from $70 to $35 how could I resist : I bought a black swede type jacket with fluffy neck and wrists in a size 16 - is very tight but oh so nice - so there's 5 - 10 kilos that I have to loose prior to Xmas to be able to wear it on my UK holiday.

Naughty Girl!
I've been a naughty girl !!
After being sick, I lost the momentum a little and gained .6 last week and gained .8 yesterday. I'm not too worried though as I haven't been to the gym and haven't been tracking - so what do I expect. I will tackle it this week.
Our ww leader has put up a drawing of a leafless tree and called it a winter challenge - for each kilo we lose we get to draw a leaf and for special milestones we get to draw a blossom - so by spring - the tree will look as lovely as we will :-)
I decided that it's time to get rid of my 1626 clothes, so now I can't afford to put the weight back on, because I don't have any size 18 - 20 clothes to fall back on. Crossroads have had an amazing sale and I think I've totally exhausted the shop. I've bought so many clothese that my walkinrobe is chockers and I've had to go out and buy more coat hangers. Ha!
Off to the races tomorrow with hubby and will wear one of my new tops - it certainly gives you more confidence being able to wear something that fits well and compliments your body shape.
Also hubby has decided that we're off to England for Christmas to spend time with his Dad : there's a little more motivation to lose weight. Think of sitting in those plane seats comfortably - yes yes yes !!!
