15.12.05 Gained 700 grams - Bummer

I gave it a big try this week, but not big enough. Walked 4 x 1 hours slots in the Brisbane heat, looking like an alien listening to my headphones. Santa is bringing me an MP3 players for Xmas and I can't wait to load it up with all the pumping 70's songs and a bit of the kids stuff that they listen to now. We had my sons grade seven graduation, my hubbys and my work Xmas party and a few too many little drinkies this week. So I guess energy in outweighed energy out. I will keep plodding along and see result next week. Am aiming for 10 kg book mark next Thursday.
