+.3 - 19.10.6

Well after the week I've had - I'm surprised that it was only .3. So good on me for not gaining too much in a crisis. Although it has prompted me to go back to the points plan. Three weeks before I go to Sydney with my gurly gurlz and I want to get back to 13.2 lost instead of this rubbish 10 kg lost. Agghhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From tomorrow - I am not going to drink alcohol for five weeks.
I'm going to the gym three to four times a week and following the no count plan. I can't do much more than that - but be patient.
It won't happen over night - but it will happen.

Wow TTOM comes around real fast - it's a real bummer when it impacts on your weight loss. Better things to come next week.

-.7 - but I don't know how

I went to the gym once (the day before weigh in), and I was on no count for week 2, and I forgot a little to count my wine (again). But I lost .7 - only .8 to get back to where I was - hopefully this week, and then I can move forward again. 10 kilos by Christmas - here I come!!!!!!!!!!!

.7 loss yeh for me - 22.6.6

.7 loss - Drank plenty of vege and pumpkin soup this week and am back into the gym, which has paid off.
As a motivation I've put ten red magnets on the fridge - one for each kilo that I want to loose before Christmas - so with each kilo gone, a magnet comes off the fridge. Until there are none left and I weigh 85 kilo - WOW!!!
Am getting plenty of comments lately that I look good, and think alot of that comes from feeling good about yourself.

Lost my MoJo!!

As Austin Powers would say - I seem to have lost my mojo once again (in my case motivation). After being sick (three weeks ago is a long time, I know), not going to the gym for two weeks (am back now) - I'm finding it hard to get back into the ww routine. The food side of things just seems to kick along okay - it's the alcohol that I'm having the problem with. It's just too easy to have a few drinks on Thursday night after the ww week, then a few more on Friday night with hubby, and hell why not continue through Saturday and Sunday - only problem is that only leaves three days to combat any damage before weigh in :-( Ho hum - this week I have to make a bigger effort. I lost .3 today, so that means I'm sitting at 1.1 kg heavier than my lightest weight - so I'm pretty well okay with that.
On a brighter note : I just happened into Target today to see if they had any winter jackets on sale, and oh yes indeedy!!! Marked down from $70 to $35 how could I resist : I bought a black swede type jacket with fluffy neck and wrists in a size 16 - is very tight but oh so nice - so there's 5 - 10 kilos that I have to loose prior to Xmas to be able to wear it on my UK holiday.

Naughty Girl!

I've been a naughty girl !!
After being sick, I lost the momentum a little and gained .6 last week and gained .8 yesterday. I'm not too worried though as I haven't been to the gym and haven't been tracking - so what do I expect. I will tackle it this week.
Our ww leader has put up a drawing of a leafless tree and called it a winter challenge - for each kilo we lose we get to draw a leaf and for special milestones we get to draw a blossom - so by spring - the tree will look as lovely as we will :-)
I decided that it's time to get rid of my 1626 clothes, so now I can't afford to put the weight back on, because I don't have any size 18 - 20 clothes to fall back on. Crossroads have had an amazing sale and I think I've totally exhausted the shop. I've bought so many clothese that my walkinrobe is chockers and I've had to go out and buy more coat hangers. Ha!
Off to the races tomorrow with hubby and will wear one of my new tops - it certainly gives you more confidence being able to wear something that fits well and compliments your body shape.
Also hubby has decided that we're off to England for Christmas to spend time with his Dad : there's a little more motivation to lose weight. Think of sitting in those plane seats comfortably - yes yes yes !!!

Goal for May

Achieved a 2.8 kg loss of my targetted 3 kg loss for May - I am very very happy with this :-)

1.8 loss - 25.5.6 yahoo buckaroo!!!!

After staying the same last week, I lost 1.8 kg's today - my biggest loss ever! Okay, okay!!! I know I was sick this week - but I will take any loss whenever and however I can :-) That puts me a third of the way along my journey and it also equates 2 whole stone. Yahooooooo buckaroooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm fitting back into more and more clothes that I haven't worn for six or more years. This morning I tried on my size 16 jeans and they come up over my hips, but the zip wont meet and I certainly wouldn't be able to sit down in them - ha! Soon though. Size 14 and I get to open the bottle of Moet Champers that sitting in the wine rack : yum yum.

.3 gain - 11.5.6

TTOM, wearing pants instead of my light dress, oh! and I forgot to shave my legs this all makes a difference (in my mind anyway, but I'm really not serious about the legs bit). I had a pretty good week - so I'm not worried and just refocusing on next week.
